High ECO Standards

The new homes in Deal, Kent at Out Downs are built to the highest standards utilising all of the architectural attractions of Deal and its Conservation Areas. High ECO standards have been incorporated including solar panels, whole house heat recovery ventilation systems, reduced water and power usage equipment and 25% higher insulation and double glazing than current regulations which all go to make a home that will have lower annual utility costs.

External Features

Outside the imposing properties are a mix of yellow stock brick, coloured wooden cladding and Sto render, real slate roofs and coloured aluminium rainwater gutters. All properties come with allocated parking.

High Quality Land

Out Downs makes use of a previous brown field site that has been fully cleaned and tested up to depths of 1.5 metres. Out Downs has been designed with Environment Agency approval to survive the worst-case scenarios of flooding from global warming, rising sea levels & sea defense and overtopping breaches.

The origin of
OUT DOWNS

The Downs is the water between the town and the Goodwins Sands which provides a natural sheltered anchorage to the whole area. The name Out Downs - is the land set back from the seafront where our new community development is establishing itself.
